Social media has transformed the ways in which we communicate over the last 10 years. It has undoubtedly added new dimensions to the way we interact, but has it offered this at the expense of other social skills which have taken millennia to evolve?
As we can’t gauge the reaction other people have to our statements or comments, surely that has a negative effect on our ability to formulate our interactions sensitively?
